Partners closely with our learning, talent and engagement teams to analyze gaps in our offerings and define learning needs Manages a large multi-faceted technical project or multiple projects in parallel in addition to creating and delivering project outcomes Responsible for raising risks, issues and identifying process improvement opportunities Contributes to defining the product roadmap of existing systems and driving enhancements through vendor relationships Determines optimal configuration for our systems to achieve the desired outcome while managing new features and capabilities Partners closely with the operations and technology teams to define project scope and objectives through to implementation Stays current on current trends in technology and leverages expertise to develop learner-centric solutions Promotes good working relationships across projects, exemplifying the people skills needed to develop trust and communication among stakeholders, sponsors, those who will make use of the project's results, those who command the resources needed, and project team members Consults with business partners to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis
