Role Overview We’re looking for a creative, data-savvy Instructional Design Specialist to design and deliver engaging learning experiences that build critical skills and drive measurable performance outcomes. You will consult with SMEs and internal teams to translate needs into modern, accessible, and scalable learning solutions that supports global employee development and strengthens a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in instructional design, learning experience design (LxD), or related field.
  • Proven experience building eLearning, blended, and VILT/ILT solutions end-to-end.
  • Experience with LMS administration; writing or content development is a plus.
  • Proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360—Storyline/Rise; Captivate), video/audio tools (e.g., Camtasia), and collaboration suites (M365).
  • Proficiency with multimedia tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, video editing).
  • Strong writing, storytelling, and information design skills; ability to translate SME content into engaging, inclusive learning.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills; HTML/CSS is a bonus.
  • Ability to design visuals and infographics.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management.
  • Creative, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build high-quality eLearning in tools like Articulate Storyline/Rise or Adobe Captivate; produce supporting materials (job aids, facilitator guides, microlearning, assessments).
  • Partner with facilitators to deliver or ready programs for ILT/VILT; conduct pilots and incorporate feedback.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements and develop assessments to reinforce learning.
  • Lead design sprints and review cycles with SMEs and business leaders; manage scope, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Communicate proactively, set expectations clearly, and navigate trade-offs to deliver on time and on quality.
  • Uphold brand, style, and accessibility guidelines across all learning assets.
  • Provide guidance on learning strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Define success metrics and evaluation plans; track completion, knowledge gain, behavior change, and business impact.
  • Manage course setup, updates, and reporting within the LMS.
  • Recommend improvements to enhance learner experience.
  • Test courses for functionality and usability.
  • Stay current on e‑learning tools and trends.
  • Contribute new learning materials as needs evolve.
  • Maintain version control, documentation, and design standards.
