Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital design, multimedia production, or learning technology
  • Previous instructional design experience required - either as a practitioner or through close collaboration with instructional design teams
  • Strong video editing and production experience required with portfolio demonstrating expertise
  • Experience with learning management systems and e-learning authoring tools preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, additional video tools)
  • Experience with WalkMe, Whatfix, or similar DAP tools preferred
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, VILT tools (Zoom, Teams, WebEx), and e-learning authoring software
  • Experience with storyboarding, content development workflows, and learning design processes
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web-based content creation
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, with ability to create engaging presentations

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual Spanish proficiency preferred - ability to create content for diverse learner populations
  • Experience in corporate learning and development environment
  • Formal instructional design certification or coursework
  • Advanced video production skills including motion graphics, animation, and audio production
  • Certification in relevant software or learning technologies (Adobe Certified Expert, etc.)
  • Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Background in change management or organizational communication

Responsibilities

  • Produce and edit high-quality video content including instructional videos, training modules, promotional content, and microlearning segments
  • Lead video production lifecycle from concept through post-production, including editing, motion graphics, audio enhancement, and final delivery
  • Design and develop multimedia learning content including graphics, infographics, animations, and interactive elements
  • Create visually compelling job aids, quick reference guides, and performance support materials
  • Develop branded learning materials that align with organizational standards and visual identity
  • Design engaging presentations and visual assets for virtual and in-person training
  • Build and configure digital adoption platform (DAP) solutions, including WalkMe guides, smart tips, and interactive tutorials
  • Create and maintain intranet learning resources and knowledge repositories
  • Support virtual instructor-led training (VILT) setup, including technical coordination and platform management
  • Collaborate with LMS team to optimize content delivery and user experience
  • Stay current with emerging learning technologies and recommend innovative solutions
  • Partner with Instructional Designers to translate instructional designs into engaging digital media and video content
  • Collaborate on instructional strategy and provide input on how video and digital elements can enhance learning effectiveness
  • Support learning program rollouts with creative assets, communications, and technical setup
  • Coordinate production timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all digital learning materials
  • Provide technical support for learning events and programs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and business units
  • Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve digital learning solutions
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute creative solutions to learning challenges
  • Document best practices and maintain asset libraries for team efficiency
