The Digital Learning Creator at Fisher & Phillips LLP is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital learning experiences for the company's Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires creativity and innovation, working closely with subject matter experts to create interactive content that enhances learner engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of learner-centric design principles and a passion for technology and multimedia design.

  • Design and develop digital learning content such as eLearning modules, videos, interactive assessments, simulations, and gamified experiences.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create storyboards, scripts, and flowcharts for coherent instructional design.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements to create engaging learning experiences that cater to different learning styles.
  • Upload and manage digital learning materials on Learning Management Systems, ensuring compatibility with standards like SCORM and xAPI.
  • Develop prototypes of digital learning experiences and iterate based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality reviews of digital learning content to ensure consistency and optimal user experience.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in digital learning and instructional design to enhance learning offerings.
  • Manage multiple digital learning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Prepare reports addressing projects at various stages and learning content opportunities.
  • Degree or certificate in instructional design, educational technology, multimedia design, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in designing and developing digital learning content.
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, and multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI).
  • Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in an educational or corporate training environment.
  • Strong skills in visual storytelling and creating learner-friendly content.
