The Analyst, Digital Analytics position at T. Rowe Price is an individual contributor role within the Experience Analytics team. This role focuses on aggregating and analyzing digital experience data to influence marketing and digital experience leaders in making operational and strategic decisions. The analyst will work with Adobe Analytics to analyze user behavior on the Personal Investing website and mobile app, develop monitoring reports, and collaborate with product owners to establish KPIs and measurement strategies.

  • Conduct analyses and evaluate data to deliver functional analytics or business insights.
  • Collaborate with digital product owners to develop KPIs and formulate hypotheses.
  • Develop data visualizations to assist business stakeholders across various departments.
  • Identify opportunities to promote data literacy across the organization.
  • Support assigned area with advanced statistical and quantitative analyses with limited guidance.
  • Serve as a resource to less experienced team members.
  • Work with business subject matter experts to frame hypotheses and responses for exceptions.
  • Prepare data for reporting from disparate data sets.
  • Review results to ensure they address identified business needs.
  • Prepare or review drafts of visualizations and respond to ad-hoc requests from managers and leaders.
  • Translate complex technical concepts and analyses to nontechnical audiences.
  • Define requirements with business subject matter experts and draft project plans, use cases, or business cases.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of total relevant work experience.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics or Customer Journey Analytics to analyze digital behavior and marketing performance.
  • Experience identifying digital analytics implementation needs and performing ad hoc tracking QA requests.
  • Experience analyzing A/B tests within Adobe Test & Target or a similar platform.
  • Experience using data visualization tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or Tableau.
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
