This position is for a Digital Health & Technology Intern within the I.T. Customer Support department. The intern will receive assignments and work under the supervision of a manager or senior-level team member, demonstrating progressive growth in capabilities and productivity. The role involves providing technical support to System Designers, System Builders, Customer Support Desk, and Field Support staff. Key tasks include user provisioning, certificate tracking, fingerprinting, workstation and printer file creation, directory and distribution list maintenance, meeting equipment room setup, and configuring various devices such as iPhones, Vocera devices, PCs, Laptops, and Servers. Candidates must be willing to commute and work in-person in the Dayton, Ohio area.
