About The Position
At Color Street and Innovative Cosmetic Concepts, we believe one brilliant idea can change everything. Our revolutionary, patented, real nail polish strips and ever-expanding line of premium beauty products empower beauty lovers around the globe and inspire our community of Independent Stylists to express themselves in full color! This role will be responsible for producing content that matches the company's brand, aesthetic, and marketing strategy, including social media graphics, website banners, and promotional artwork. The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology to produce well designed and informative content—with a strong sense of typography, information hierarchy, composition, and color. In this role, organizational and technical skills are key, and all candidates must possess in-depth knowledge of design software programs.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Designing, producing, and managing interactive online content, including web banners, email templates, social media, and promotional artwork.
- Collaborating with the e-commerce and marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards.
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all company platforms.
- Working with the IT department to oversee the smooth implementation of new content.
- Assist Digital Content Manager and Creative Director to interpret creative concepts into requested assets.
