As the Digital Graphic Design Specialist, you are a key part of our creative team, owning the design of core digital communication channels and bringing fresh ideas, strong visual storytelling, and attention to detail to every project. This role is responsible for the end-to-end design of email, web and app content, SMS, and loyalty communications, ensuring a cohesive, compelling, and high-performing digital experience across the customer journey. You bring a strong understanding of digital-first design, including working within design systems, templates, and responsive environments. You’re comfortable translating brand and business goals into scalable, high-impact digital assets, iterating based on feedback and performance, and working at pace without sacrificing quality. A hands-on and collaborative teammate, you’re curious about new tools and trends and are always looking for ways to elevate the work while staying grounded in brand standards.
