We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Digital Global Account Manager to join our Digital Sales team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing accounts, a strong background in sales, and a proven ability to drive business growth by building strong client relationships and ensuring seamless transactional compliance. This role will focus on working with a Field Global Account Manager to manage the global accounts maintaining consistency in processes across global regions and to drive growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of selling Security and Networking solutions, SaaS, and Modern Apps.
  • Expertise in operational and transactional compliance across global teams.
  • Ability to manage and resolve issues effectively, including payments and shipment challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure seamless client and partner engagement.
  • Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in working collaboratively in a global team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create accurate and timely quotes tailored to client requirements.
  • Follow up on multinational transactions.
  • Ensure seamless and consistent transactional activities aligned with Master Purchase Agreement (MPA) across all global operations.
  • Work with our Sales Operations team to troubleshoot and resolve operational problems such as shipping, PO compliance, and transaction accuracy.
  • Collaborate and support the Global Account Manager to build and grow the sales pipeline.
  • Partner closely on account planning and lead generation strategies with Global Account Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global accounts to understand their challenges and ensure the delivery of relevant solutions.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Engineers, Channel teams, and Marketing to align tactics and strategies that drive growth.
  • Leverage Salesforce and Clari for accurate sales forecasting and opportunity management.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations via phone, video conference, and in-person to secure account growth.
