About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Games Coordinator to join our team and support the planning and launch of new online lottery games in North America. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Games to ensure detailed communication with our customers and the delivery of all vital materials to effectively launch and promote new games. What You'll Do Respond to and advance product-related inquiries via email. Lead and document notes from weekly internal and customer-facing calls. Supervise and update the status of each game launch using our product management tools. Review and virtually distribute game-related materials to customers, including concept artwork, game names, descriptions, prize tables, promotional assets, and launch documentation. Participate in planning sessions and give product and marketing recommendations to customers. Participate in product brainstorming sessions within the game studio and with customers. What We're Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks across various projects. Keen attention to detail to ensure all game specifications and requirements are met. Proficiency in MS Office and hands-on experience with solutions that support product coordination, including Trello and Monday.com.
