About The Position

The Digital Fraud Analyst at Under Armour is responsible for identifying and preventing card-not-present fraud on online orders. This role involves analyzing flagged orders, managing fraud review queues, and collaborating with customer service and other teams to ensure the integrity of transactions. The analyst will utilize fraud management systems and data validation tools to protect the business from unauthorized transactions and fraud rings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience in e-Commerce fraud, payments, or customer service industry.
  • Working knowledge of Accertify or other fraud decisioning platforms is a plus.
  • Strong internet research skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems at once.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in making independent decisions.
  • Fine-tuned organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs, including weekends and holidays.

  • Experience in fraud prevention and detection.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and decision on orders flagged for manual review using the fraud management system 'Accertify'.
  • Manage fraud review queue volume and complete detailed reviews in a timely manner.
  • Contact customers to validate purchases when necessary.
  • Analyze and identify links between fraudulent transactions to stop fraud rings.
  • Maintain detailed order notes to support resolution of orders.
  • Provide support to customer service leadership on fraud-related inquiries and escalations.
  • Identify training opportunities within customer service that impact fraud.
  • Support cross-functional investigations with Retail UA Protect, Investigations, and DH teams.
  • Represent Fraud Operations with integrity and professionalism.
  • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring temporary seasonal fraud analysts.
  • Protect the business from non-traditional card-not-present fraud, including claims abuse and refund fraud.
