About The Position

The Digital Experience Specialist at Republic Bank & Trust Company is responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients and non-clients alike. This role involves processing Internet Banking registrations, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate department statistics. The specialist will utilize their knowledge of bank products and services to assist clients effectively while adhering to security guidelines and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of previous Banking experience required.
  • Previous Administrative experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

  • Process and review all registrations for Internet Banking services and/or products.
  • Contact clients to resolve discrepancies from online registrations.
  • Process Internet Banking related maintenance requests in a timely manner.
  • Protect client information by following department security guidelines and procedures.
  • Assist with Mobile Deposit review process and contact clients regarding declined deposits.
  • Set up and maintain new Internet & Mobile Banking users on various systems and platforms.
  • Provide account information and perform necessary research.
  • Resolve basic client inquiries with a focus on cross-selling bank products and services.
  • Answer incoming live chats and emails professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Follow department best practice standards for providing excellent service and selling bank products.
  • Strive for one call/chat resolution and escalate issues to a supervisor when necessary.
  • Assist clients and associates through Live Assistance or call transfers.
  • Maintain knowledge of compliance requirements affecting the position and assist in implementation of new regulations.
