About The Position

We are currently hiring a Digital Experience Producer to execute and maintain high-quality digital experiences across our website and mobile app. This role is responsible for bringing on-site experiences to life—translating business priorities, marketing campaigns, and customer demand into accurate, seamless, and high-performing digital pages and journeys that drive engagement, applications, and partner utilization across our marketplace. Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in web production, digital experience, or content operations
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and quality assurance skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce, marketplace, or high-volume digital environments preferred
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

  • Experience Execution & Publishing Build and publish landing pages, homepage updates, navigation changes, and promotional content using the CMS
  • Implement campaign assets and merchandising updates with speed and accuracy
  • Ensure all site updates align with approved designs, business priorities, and customer experience standards
  • On-Site Optimization Support Execute updates that improve conversion, engagement, and customer flow through the site
  • Partner with Web Merchandising and Search Analytics to implement changes driven by customer demand and performance insights
  • Support A/B testing and experimentation by building and updating test experiences
  • Quality Assurance & Site Experience Perform QA across all published content, including links, tracking, responsiveness, and functionality
  • Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain a high-quality, frictionless experience
  • Ensure consistency across pages, templates, and devices
  • Site Operations & Maintenance Maintain site hygiene by removing outdated content, fixing broken links, and updating existing pages
  • Support publishing calendars, campaign launches, and urgent updates as needed
  • Contribute to improving CMS workflows, publishing processes, and execution standards
  • Cross-Functional Partnership Partner with Marketing to execute campaigns and content updates
  • Partner with Creative to ensure accurate implementation of assets
  • Collaborate with Web Merchandising to support product placement and landing page execution
  • Coordinate with Product and Engineering when updates intersect with platform capabilities
