About The Position

As a Solutions Engineer specializing in Digital Experience Monitoring at Dynatrace, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise and executing demonstrations of Dynatrace's innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing proof of concepts, building relationships with customers, and collaborating with various teams to enhance the customer experience and drive sales success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital experience monitoring with tools like AppDynamics, DataDog, New Relic, etc.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey technical value to business stakeholders.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong desire to grow professionally and adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with instrumenting and customizing real user monitoring agents for web and mobile apps.
  • Familiarity with query languages or business intelligence tools for performance data extraction.
  • Advanced knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with session-replay tools and mobile frameworks like Cordova and React Native.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

  • Evangelize Dynatrace's product offerings during international trade shows and key customer meetings.
  • Partner with sales representatives to identify new and incremental sales opportunities.
  • Participate in proof of concept (PoC) creation and cloud architecture discussions.
  • Present Dynatrace's vision to C-suite executives of customers.
  • Provide technical guidance during the Discovery, Solution Evaluation, and Solution Proposal stages of the sales cycle.
  • Deliver on-stage demonstrations at marketing events and ensure key demonstrations are executed effectively.
  • Gather and provide customer feedback to Product Management to improve market share.
  • Build best practices and share knowledge within the team to enhance capabilities.
  • Work with local Sales and Sales Engineering leadership to identify learning and development opportunities.
  • Create and modify Dynatrace template presentations to meet customer demands.
