The eCommerce Digital Experience Manager is responsible for categories focused on the customer experience and website merchandising in order to increase conversion and improve customer experience on our WWW & BSD websites by monitoring KPI trends on storefront, category and sku pages. Collaborates with marketing, merchandising, SEO, product and technology teams as well as eComm peers and leadership on website category optimizations and experiences. This role is remote but based on location, could be hybrid. Applicants located within a 30 mile radius of an ODP Corp building could be required to go in office 2x’s a week.
