  • Lead the design, development, and execution of data-driven, multi-channel marketing journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Manage and build within Content Builder, including dynamic content blocks, reusable assets, and responsive templates aligned with design and compliance best practices.
  • Oversee audience segmentation, data extensions, and relational data modeling to optimize personalization and targeting.
  • Develop and implement advanced personalization and scripting using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and optionally SQL/SSJS.
  • Integrate and automate data workflows via API connections, managing imports, exports, triggered sends, and validation logic.
  • Direct the implementation of interactive and innovative email experiences, including scripted behaviors (e.g., cart abandonment profiling), geolocation, video, and other emerging features.
  • Conduct extensive QA, UAT, and ensure cross-device/email client rendering compatibility.
  • Coordinate with design leads to review and refine email layouts, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards.
  • Develop reporting frameworks, tracking KPIs like engagement, deliverability, and conversion, including UTM validation and journey performance.
  • Capable of developing and delivering on CRM strategies.
  • Work closely with internal and client teams to pause/resume deployments, publish emails, and manage delivery cadences at scale.
  • Contribute to Design Studio's culture of innovation, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in digital experience design.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Proficiency in email design, responsive coding, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong technical fluency with HTML/CSS, and experience with AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and API integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end campaign design from strategy through execution and reporting.
  • Experience managing email QA, UAT cycles, and delivering cross-browser/device-compatible outputs.
  • Strong understanding of subscriber lifecycle, customer data management, and marketing compliance best practices.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex digital strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new frontiers in email interactivity, design systems, and personalization frameworks.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced, design-centric environment preferred.
