As a Digital Experience Intern, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of our digital presence, user experience, and customer journey across various digital channels.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
• High level of initiative and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot between tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Digital Banking team to support digital platform projects in ONE wallet and deposit/loan application workflows.
• Collaborate with other business units, including Retail Product Development and marketing on digital projects.
• Conduct research to identify industry trends and best practices in user experience, website design, and digital marketing.
• Utilize your knowledge of web development languages (such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to perform software implementation (Instant Open workflow refresh), testing, and other workflow enhancements (ONE Wallet).
• Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure that web assets are functioning correctly across various browsers and platforms.
