About The Position

The Digital Experience Analyst, Senior is responsible for providing direct support to the development and implementation for the set of Digital Applications and technology that impact the Patient Experience at Cook Children's. This includes working with administration, medical directors, physicians and other staff/teams as applicable. This role requires a customer-focused, data-driven, strategic, organized, innovative, tech savvy, and passionate communicator who strives to help members, clinicians and health plan team members effectively engage in a variety of digital experience initiatives. This position develops and applies their expertise in two or more experience disciplines, striving to ensure that applications and related technologies continue to meet the strategic and business goals of the organization and deliver a consistent and quality experience to our customers.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing or related field.
  • 5 or more years of combined experience in healthcare, healthcare IT or marketing technology.
  • Experience with Epic applications MyChart, Care Link, and Care Companion preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to make decisions in areas of responsibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience as a MyChart or Care Link analyst.
  • Veteran Epic analyst with expertise in MyChart and Care Link.
