The Digital Experience Analyst, Senior is responsible for providing direct support to the development and implementation for the set of Digital Applications and technology that impact the Patient Experience at Cook Children's. This includes working with administration, medical directors, physicians and other staff/teams as applicable. This role requires a customer-focused, data-driven, strategic, organized, innovative, tech savvy, and passionate communicator who strives to help members, clinicians and health plan team members effectively engage in a variety of digital experience initiatives. This position develops and applies their expertise in two or more experience disciplines, striving to ensure that applications and related technologies continue to meet the strategic and business goals of the organization and deliver a consistent and quality experience to our customers.
