Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking Digital Escorts to support a critical intelligence cloud security program in Reston, VA, and Redmond, WA. The Digital Escort will be responsible for managing incoming tickets through various ticketing systems such as Remedy and ServiceNow, troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and documenting all findings from tickets and incidents.
