Summary The Digital Entertainment Technician oversees the entire company's technology through our nationwide ManageEngine ticketing system, managing the orb show, LED interactive floor, maintaining the Volkswagen Weed Van, 3D mapping, and 80-foot Wall Entertainment at both superstores.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to nine months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical background preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • NV State Agent Card Required.
  • OSHA 10 Required (company paid) to be completed within 6 months of hiring

Responsibilities

  • Maintain security cameras: installing monitoring software.
  • Maintenance and installation of the CATM payment processing system at all store locations.
  • Configure and maintain digital content displays and video walls for marketing content creation.
  • Maintain a proper battery rotation for all mobile devices throughout all store locations.
  • Maintenance, repairs, and manual calibration of Planet 13 Drones and computer systems.
  • Responsible for the hardware, maintenance, and set-up of all POS registers, office workstations, delivery stations, and PC-based stations nationwide through our support ticketing system.
  • Work with outside vendors to support and assist in all technical project deliverance.
  • Provide support and assistance to the maintenance department during electrical outages.
  • Maintain mobile devices, music software, and television cable boxes throughout all facilities.
  • Maintains fog machine for P13 VW bus and maintains photo opportunity booth - clean, sanitary, and organized work environment
  • Maintains highest level of presentation and customer service.
  • Stay informed and knowledgeable on state and local laws, regulations, and industry news.
  • Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
  • Assist with the implementation of company policies, standard operating procedures, and performance standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Daily compliance with company policies including but not limited to; state/local regulation compliance, security protocols, access protocols, dress code, and work schedules.
