This position reports to the Digital Execution Lead. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, implement, and facilitate successful onboarding of digital solutions and the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. Each day, you will provide consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal to improve productivity and efficiency. You will also showcase your expertise by helping the customers to achieve their solution goals and objectives by leveraging domain expertise and knowledge on ABB's digital solutions. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries division.

  • Provides consultative assistance in supporting the use of products with the goal to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Tests, troubleshoots, and ensures the successful rollout of the system by training and retraining customers to understand the software and its benefits, followed by ongoing support and services.
  • Demonstrates a strong understanding of the best methods for configuring and implementing software solutions effectively.
  • Ensures that all required resources are in place to implement software on-time and on-budget.
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration.
  • 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, energy, power and water and oil and gas industries.
  • Experience with Operator Training Systems (OTS), simulation software, and dynamic modeling.
  • Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and operational efficiency skills, with expertise in process optimization, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication with stakeholders, government agencies, technical teams, and managing partnerships to achieve organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated change management and adaptability in evolving energy markets, with a focus on staying compliant with HSE regulations and API standards.
  • Budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen.
  • Proven ability to mentor and develop teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and collaboration.
  • US Citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US is required.
