About The Position

Job Duties: Creative & Visual Design Design and produce graphics for proposals, presentations, sales decks, social media, videos, and marketing campaigns Create visual assets for product demos, explainer videos, and internal training materials Maintain brand consistency across all digital and customer-facing materials Support light video editing, motion graphics, and slide animations as needed Collaborate with proposal, marketing, and leadership teams to translate complex concepts into clear visuals Customer-Facing Demos & Sales Support Support live and recorded customer demos, including preparation, presentation, and follow-up materials Assist with business analysis and storytelling for demos (use cases, workflows, value props) Help tailor demo environments and narratives to different customer industries and roles Participate in customer meetings as a supporting presenter Gather demo feedback and help refine messaging, visuals, and flows UX / UI & Product Support Contribute to UX/UI design for web platforms, applications, and internal tools Assist with wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interface improvements Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to improve usability and clarity Conduct basic UX research (feedback review, usability observations, competitor comparisons) Help ensure digital experiences align with user needs and business goals Digital Marketing & Engagement Support social media content creation (graphics, captions, short-form visuals) across platforms Assist with website updates, landing pages, and campaign assets Help manage content calendars and coordinate launches or announcements Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, product, proposal, and leadership teams Support RFP and proposal efforts with visuals, diagrams, and layouts Coordinate timelines and deliverables across multiple initiatives Document processes, templates, and best practices for reuse and scalability All other duties assigned by T&T managers Qualifications & Skills Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar) Strong visual storytelling and presentation skills Comfort supporting or presenting in customer-facing environments Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities

Requirements

  • Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar)
