Job Summary The enablement lead is responsible for driving adoption of digital workplace technologies to increase workforce digital dexterity and productivity. The enablement lead manages the workplace enablement processes and a cross-functional team focused on ensuring that employees have the motivation, permission and knowledge to fully exploit workplace and employee technology. The role works closely with shared services partners, such as HR, corporate communications, facilities and line of business leaders, and other IT colleagues and technology vendors. Job Description Key Accountabilities Define and lead digital workplace enablement and digital employee experience (DEX) strategy and processes. Identify, monitor, publish and manage goals and measurements to show digital workplace enablement impact. Managerial responsibilities include hiring, managing, coaching and developing direct reports. Coordinate multichannel communications campaigns to drive technology adoption and effective technology use. Partner with digital workplace operations, engineering and governance teams to identify potential improvements or impacts to customer experience and proactively manage potential disruptions. Partner with HR, facilities and corporate communications leaders on employee experience and engagement improvement initiatives. Connect with line-of-business leaders to ensure participation in their events and team meetings. Effectively communicate stakeholder feedback to digital workplace product owners and the digital workplace governance functions. Monitor emerging technology trends and leverage workplace analytics or digital employee experience management tools to ensure initiatives are driven by objective data. Oversee network of enablement agents and influencers/champions, and facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration across the enterprise through regular engagement. Participate in employee onboarding to highlight available resources and raise awareness of digital workplace technologies. Study capabilities and use cases for generative AI to transform the workforce technology experience. Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements 5-10 years in leading technology organizational and human change management. Proven experience with enterprise collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, ServiceNow) Background in HR Technology, employee experience and change management with focus on digital experience tools and platforms. Strong working knowledge of enterprise IT services, technologies and processes. Awareness of ways to measure and improve digital employee experience and technology adoption. Digital dexterity. Ability to learn and utilize digital workplace technologies to catalyze new ways of work. Vision. Ability to see and explain how the company can exploit technology to improve employee experience and engagement. Enablement mindset. Ability to focus on empowering and ensuring that employees have the motivation and knowledge to fully exploit IT-supplied technology. Expert in Identity and Access management and integrations into workday. Pragmatic and detail-oriented. Consistently takes a thorough, accurate, organized and productive approach. Influence.
