Vans: Digital Operations Coordinator As part of the Vans Americas eCommerce team, the Digital Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our eCommerce goals through a focus on documentation, testing, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Operations, this role will assist in maintaining accurate process documentation, conducting business validation and UAT testing, and coordinating across cross functional teams. The Digital Operations Coordinator ensures smooth execution of site enhancements, promotional setups, and performance monitoring to deliver a seamless customer experience. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in our Costa Mesa, CA HQ).

Requirements

  • Understanding of eCommerce operations and technology.
  • Experience with documentation and testing processes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to changing priorities, demonstrating flexibility in dynamic environments.
  • 2+ years of experience and professional achievements.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar is a plus.
  • Farmiliarity with Sales Force Commerce Cloud a plus

Responsibilities

  • Document eCommerce processes and maintain up-to-date standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct bi-weekly business validation testing processes for website releases and enhancements, including preparation and execution of UAT testing scripts.
  • Perform project management duties such as business requirements gathering, timeline and resource planning, user acceptance testing, and knowledge transfer to support the delivery of enhancements to our eCommerce technology
  • Coordinate with eCommerce executional teams, Technology Teams, Customer Care, Retail Operations, DC, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth resolution of technical issues and process execution.
  • Perform regular testing to validate site functionality and promotional setups.
  • Help prepare training materials and documentation for new features and processes.
  • Assist in maintaining eCommerce reporting and KPIs.
  • Partner with analytics teams to review site performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
