Requirements

4-6 years experience
Exceptional writing ability
Proven track-record drafting creative and effective content for digital channels
Experience using digital/social media tools for issue advocacy and public affairs campaigns
Ability to hit tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests and projects
Meticulous attention to detail
Previous experience with digital marketing, political campaigns and/or public affairs projects
Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing

Nice To Haves

Previous experience working at an agency is preferred

Responsibilities

Execute digital strategies for public affairs clients, translating senior leadership direction into effective campaigns
Serve as a primary day-to-day client contact, ensuring high-quality, timely deliverables
Manage multiple client accounts, overseeing content, campaign execution, and performance tracking
Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and ensuring strong team output
Collaborate with internal teams, including Design and Digital Advertising, to develop and launch campaign assets
Draft and edit client-facing materials, including content, reports, and presentations
