Requirements

  • 5–7+ years in analytics and audience intelligence ideally within marketing, advertising or consulting
  • Strong skills in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Hands-on experience with leading social listening and audience intelligence platforms
  • Experience synthesizing data from multiple sources into unified insights
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and curious about consumer behavior and cultural trends

Responsibilities

  • Analyze audience intelligence platforms (e.g. Global Web Index (GWI), Comscore, Statista, Audiense, etc) to uncover demographic, psychographic, and behavioral insights
  • Identify category dynamics and competitor activity for target audiences
  • Support development of dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor brand health, share of voice, and campaign performance for clients
  • Translate consumer and brand data into digestible insights for strategy, creative, and account teams
  • Partner with internal teams and clients to ensure insights directly shape planning and execution
  • Train colleagues and clients on best practices in audience intelligence and social listening
  • Stay current on tools, methodologies, and emerging best practices in data-driven marketing
  • Support social listening tool management (e.g. Brandwatch, Meltwater, Sprinklr)
  • Build and maintain audience segmentations using social, behavioral, and market data
  • Identify emerging communities, cultural shifts, and consumer behaviors
  • Partner with strategy teams to translate consumer insights into actionable brand strategies
  • Lead management and optimization of social listening tools
  • Proactively monitor and analyze online conversations to identify trends, sentiment, share of voice, and brand health
  • Deliver real-time and long-term insights that support campaign planning, brand reputation management, and influencer identification
  • Translate raw data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for account leaders and clients
  • Deliver comprehensive reports highlighting opportunities, risks, and industry shifts
  • Present insights in a consultative manner, driving strategic conversations
