About The Position

GoTickets is seeking a Digital Designer to support creative production across key marketing channels. This is a contract-to-hire role (approx. 3 months) with the opportunity to convert to full-time based on performance. This is an ideal opportunity for a junior/early-career designer looking to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.

Requirements

0–3 years of experience in digital or graphic design
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
Experience with Figma and/or Canva
Basic understanding of HTML for email design (not heavy coding)
Strong visual design skills with a good eye for layout, color, and typography
Interest in music, live events, or entertainment is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Experience designing for email marketing or lifecycle campaigns
Exposure to performance marketing or e-commerce environments
Familiarity with A/B testing or data-driven design

Responsibilities

Design digital assets for email marketing campaigns and social media
Build banners and promotional graphics for concerts, artists, and live events featured on GoTickets
Create engaging social media posts tied to trending events, tours, and ticket inventory
Support the development and optimization of email templates (light HTML exposure)
Work closely with marketing and lifecycle teams to execute campaigns quickly and effectively
Leverage tools like Figma and Canva to create and iterate on designs
Assist with A/B testing creative variations to improve engagement and performance
Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
