About The Position

ILIA is seeking a Digital Graphic Designer with approximately 3+ years of experience to assist with the production and execution of creative assets. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in graphic design, strong proficiency in both Figma and Adobe Creative Suite,, and a keen eye for detail. This role will focus on bringing our creative visions to life by producing high-quality designs for a variety of channels including digital, print, and social media. This role is hybrid and open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Reports into our Digital Design Director. Holiday Note: ILIA honors a soft close December 24, 2025 -January 2, 2026. Our last working day of 2025 will be December 23, 2025 and we’ll return to regular business hours on Monday, January 5, 2026.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a beauty or lifestyle brand.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of detail and creativity.
Experience with both digital and print design, including preparing files for various production methods.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A passion for beauty, design, and keeping up with current design trends.
A portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design work, including digital and print projects.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the creative team to execute design concepts across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
Create high-quality assets for marketing campaigns, including email, web, paid ads, organic social media content, PR, and experiential assets
Edit and prepare files for production, ensuring that all assets are formatted correctly for various platforms and print requirements.
Work closely with project managers, marketing and ecommerce teams to understand design needs and timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met
Maintain organized files and manage design assets within the company’s digital asset management system
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the brand’s visual presence
