About The Position

The Digital Designer at Midmark Corporation is responsible for creating innovative digital deliverables, including websites and eCommerce interfaces, while managing design projects from concept through production. This role requires strong conceptualization skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities, ensuring that all designs align with brand standards and meet customer commitments. The designer will also maintain existing web materials and coordinate digital efforts to complement traditional marketing mediums.

Requirements

  • Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2 - 4 years of industry experience in B2B and/or professional services.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficient in Adobe Digital Publishing Suite, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CMS solutions, Figma, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud or print design preferred.
  • Ability to present a portfolio demonstrating usability and clean documentation.
  • Experience optimizing designs for performance metrics, such as Core Web Vitals.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical, written, problem-solving, and oral communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in print design.
  • Familiarity with machine learning algorithms for design automation.

Responsibilities

  • Create innovative digital deliverables, including websites, eCommerce interfaces, and email campaigns.
  • Implement responsive design principles and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG 2.1).
  • Translate requirements into wireframes, mockups, and functional prototypes for development teams.
  • Understand the strategic direction of the internal customer’s industry to provide aligned design deliverables.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance creative workflows and produce high-quality content efficiently.
  • Utilize machine learning algorithms to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Design and enhance eCommerce and web interfaces to improve user journeys and increase conversions.
  • Partner with marketing, web development, and creative teams to deliver cohesive digital projects.
  • Create, monitor, and troubleshoot technical issues for landing pages, emails, and digital assets.
  • Apply user experience (UX) principles to create intuitive navigation and effective digital designs.
  • Continuously research and adopt emerging tools and best practices in digital design.
