About The Position
We are seeking a mid-level UX/UI Designer & Digital Distribution Specialist to play a key role in the buildout and maintenance of our company intranet while also supporting digital content distribution. This hybrid role combines user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design expertise with digital content management, ensuring that our intranet is both functional and visually engaging while supporting content distribution across platforms like Pardot, Poppulo, LumApps, and EnPlug. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional with a passion for user-centered design and digital content strategy. You will collaborate with internal teams to design, structure, and optimize the intranet for enhanced usability while also managing content scheduling, publishing, and performance tracking.
