The Digital Data Specialist (Part-time) is responsible for driving digital growth through the strategic implementation of artificial intelligence tools, paid media optimization, and conversion rate improvements. This role supports digital traffic and revenue performance by leveraging AI-driven insights, automation, and structured testing to improve advertising efficiency, customer acquisition, and overall digital effectiveness. This is a part-time position.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth-focused roles.
• Direct experience managing paid media budgets and optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven optimization initiatives across paid media, marketplaces, and website channels to improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
• Implement and manage AI tools for campaign optimization, bidding strategies, keyword harvesting, creative testing, and audience targeting.
• Develop and maintain structured testing roadmaps for creative, messaging, landing pages, and product detail pages.
• Help manage and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta, and retail media networks.
• Monitor budget pacing and forecasting to ensure alignment with monthly and annual revenue goals while excluding partial-day performance distortions.
• Analyze traffic, conversion, and advertising data to identify friction points and opportunities within the customer journey.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and platforms to improve automation, predictive modeling, and personalization efforts.
• Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and strategic growth initiatives.
• Other tasks as needed.
