The Digital Data Analyst gathers, analyzes, and shares operational data and marketing insights for use in decision-making and setting business priorities. You will contribute to improving marketing and operational performance, acting as subject matter authority in developing insights that inform business strategies.   • Collects, manages, monitors, and analyzes key performance metrics with the goal of improving business performance. Collaborates with team to identify opportunities to streamline operational data processes and develops new procedures that support the business unit/department.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to help define future product features. Recommend updates and product changes based on trends identified in analysis.
  • Performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business. Ensures data and analysis quality and accuracy.
  • Develops and completes all ad hoc, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting deliverables. Provides analysis for optimization of website and digital channels. Analyzes data and uses analysis to create compelling and actionable data stories to share with key stakeholders to drive decisions.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to share insights and learnings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience working in digital data analytics or analytical capacity linking strategy to measurement, ideally with familiarity of Adobe Analytics and/or Adobe Marketing Cloud tools.
  • Expert use of data management and visualization tools such as Excel and Tableau, including the ability to perform calculations, create pivot tables and graphs.
  • Skilled at analyzing performance of websites, apps, marketing channels, digital campaigns, and content, while evaluating conversion rate optimization strategies and targeting campaigns.
  • Proficient in data storytelling, including visualizing data, communicating the ‘so what?’ behind the numbers, and building meaningful and actionable insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to synthesize and clearly communicate highly complex findings.
  • Project management skills with an ability to coordinate across various matrixed groups and be proficient at managing multiple projects concurrently with superior organization.
  • A critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and facilitation skills with creativity, adaptability, and flexibility in dealing with process or programmatic challenges and options.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to inform, educate, motivate, and work with others at all levels to ensure high performance and achievement.
  • Experience with Salesforce Reporting and Coveo Reporting tools are a plus.
