This Position reports to: Digital Execution Lead. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of secure, high-quality, and cost-effective engineering solutions. You'll support cybersecurity implementation across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and promoting continuous improvement. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you'll help integrate secure digital platforms, assist in operational support, and embed cybersecurity best practices throughout the customer lifecycle. The work model for the role is: Hybrid (must be in Houston, TX or Cleveland, OH). This role is contributing to the Process Automation Energy Industries Division in North America.

  • Deliver consultative support to customers by helping them apply cybersecurity solutions that enhance the security and resilience of their operational technology (OT) environments.
  • Execute and support implementation of cybersecurity solutions, contributing to timely and cost-effective project delivery through effective coordination and technical expertise.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to customers throughout the solution lifecycle, from onboarding to post-deployment, to ensure successful adoption and long-term satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales and technical teams to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how cybersecurity offerings address specific operational challenges.
  • Bachelor's or higher degrees in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in industrial automation or OT environments.
  • Strong understanding of ICS/SCADA systems, network protocols (Modbus, OPC, etc.), and industrial communication standards.
  • Knowledge of OT security best practices and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO/IEC 2700x).
  • Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications are preferred (e.g. CISSP, GIAC, ISA/IEC 62443).
  • Solid knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals including risk assessments, access control, incident response, and vulnerability management.
  • Familiarity of cyber platforms (e.g. AV Solutions, Backup and recovery, Network Monitoring) and patching strategies of OT systems.
  • A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following workplace safety guidelines.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%.
  • US Citizen or work authorization to perform work within the US is required.
