About The Position

We are looking for an energetic Format Sales Specialist who will be responsible for implementing Technogym formats and guiding the process after delivery, to ensure the operator's success. In this role, you will work closely with the Product/Education manager and the sales team to secure customer satisfaction and user engagement.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' experience in the Fitness/Wellbeing industry
  • Fluency in English
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Marketing and market analysis skills
  • Experience in Project Management

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets for the format offering, maximizing all components: equipment, software, programs, layout, education, consulting, etc.
  • Monitor sales performance on a weekly basis, providing forecasting and pipeline management to HQ
  • In line with the HQ strategy, define the local education and format transformation program for field sales and other interested parties
  • Support the sales force with pre-sales activities aimed at maximizing the conversion rate of the opportunities involving formats
  • Map key opportunities and develop best practice sites to use as showroom sites for formats to leverage on with customers and prospects
  • Work as a team with other departments involved - act as leader in localizing format sales and activation processes, clarifying who does what and removing process frictions where necessary
  • Take action to maximize active users and secure format software application renewal
  • Support format launches, promotions and commercial activities to generate leads (i.e. Trade shows, Direct Mktg and e-Mktg)
  • Monitor competitors' pricing, product features, etc. providing proactive market feedback to HQ Product Managers
  • Interact with marketing & sales managers to define actions and initiatives to maximize format adoption in each vertical market
  • Lead the team by maximizing performance, people development and engagement according to company culture
