Microsoft’s Digital Crimes Unit (DCU), part of Corporate, External & Legal Affairs (CELA), leads the global fight against cybercrime to protect customers and strengthen trust in Microsoft. We combat global cyber threats through the innovative use of technology, civil litigation, criminal referrals, and strategic public-private partnerships—all while safeguarding customer security and privacy. Leveraging advanced analytics and AI, we identify, investigate, and dismantle sophisticated cybercriminal networks to disrupt their operations and protect the digital ecosystem. The DCU Technical Program Manager (TPM) role will lead and coordinate the execution of the DCU’s highest-priority fraud initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, OKRs and timely delivery of impactful outcomes. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross-team collaboration, managing project plans, and proactively removing barriers to accelerate progress on fraud-related initiatives. The TPM will also play a key role in shaping and communicating compelling narratives that highlight the DCU’s impact on combating fraud, with an eye towards building trust with fraud-focused stakeholders and external audiences.
