About The Position

Coordinate and drive the execution of DCU's prioritized fraud initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, accountability, and progress tracking across workstreams. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor initiative status, risks, dependencies, and represent the DCU fraud story. Facilitate regular check-ins and collaboration with initiative owners and stakeholders to identify challenges, escalate issues, ensure alignment on goals and deliverables, and communicate progress, outcomes, and impact to DCU leadership and broader stakeholders. Support the adoption of Copilot/AI and other innovative tools to streamline workflows and enhance effectiveness, where appropriate.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in technical program management, data analysis, or engineering OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or equivalent for tracking work items and managing workflows.
  • Experience building dashboards and writing queries using Kusto Query Language (KQL) for data visualization and operational insights.
  • Proficiency in ADO or similar Project Management tools for agile planning, backlog management, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with Python to manage, process, and query complex datasets.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with fraud detection, prevention, or investigations preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with legal teams or law enforcement on cybercrime or fraud-related initiatives.
