About the position

SENSIS is an integrated cross-cultural marketing agency that reflects and embraces the cultural diversity of America to develop meaningful marketing programs that drive measurable conversions. We are hiring a Digital Coordinator who is passionate about social media and will work under the supervision of influencer and social media managers. The role involves creating social media calendars, developing content and captions, researching trends, keeping social media accounts updated, and analyzing post analytics to support influencer tactics. The goal is to increase brand awareness through social media platforms and influencer campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the team to create a plan for influencer and social media strategies for multiple clients
  • Develop unique influencer ideas and strategies to create buzz
  • Assist in raising brand awareness through various social media platforms
  • Jump on trends and develop relevant content
  • Build a community across platforms through community management
  • Develop trending content specific to a Liqueur client
  • Monitor postings to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Write captions across social platforms, adapting to different writing styles
  • Aid in promoting business campaigns on a daily basis
  • Interact with followers and potential customers on social media
  • Implement plans to increase followers on platforms like Twitter, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of a monthly editorial calendar
  • Help create content as dictated by the monthly editorial calendar
  • Assist with analytical tools and recap reports

Requirements

  • Deep passion for social media, especially TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to work 40 hours a week
  • Willingness to go into the office once a week and on-site locations when needed
  • Ability to take direction and work independently
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • 1 year of social media management or influencer marketing experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with multi-social posting programs like Sprout Social and Airtable
  • Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Suites
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Entry-level experience in catering marketing campaigns to unique audiences
  • Ability to work alongside a diverse group of employees

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with Gen Z audience and current trends
  • Knowledge of relevant influencers in the music and social media space
  • Previous experience in social media, influencer marketing, or graphic design
  • Creative thinking and ability to think outside the box
  • Interest in multicultural marketing and its impact on lives
  • Understanding of internet culture nuances
