Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing client/customer relationships.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects effectively.
• Familiarity with CMS, SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
• Proficiency in using photo and video editing software such as Canva, InDesign, Photoshop, or Adobe Premier Pro.
• Ability to create both short and long-form content.
• Solid knowledge of digital and social media best practices.
• Experience in developing and managing digital campaigns.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging written and visual content including copy, graphics, videos, and photography for various projects and campaigns.
• Develop and manage multimedia story packages and content for website, social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.
• Produce compelling newsletters that drive audience engagement.
• Translate complex conservation topics into clear, engaging content for target audiences.
• Optimize content for social and digital platforms while ensuring brand consistency.
• Evaluate user experience using analytics and recommend data-informed strategies.
• Assist with video production and editing as needed.
• Maintain editorial calendar and project management systems to track progress.
• Recommend strategies to improve audience reach and advance conservation goals.
