Job Summary Support the Multimedia Marketing team to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenues by strategically exploring all aspects of the digital marketing roadmap. Assist the digital team in handling various online marketing tools, like websites, podcasts, social media, scripts, images, video and blogs.

Requirements

• College Degree or equivalent.
• Thorough understanding of insurance and agent relationship.
• Above average knowledge of marketing campaigns, marketing insurance products, and carrier relationships.
• Above average knowledge of digital marketing and key performance indicators.
• 0 to 2 years of digital marketing experience necessary.
• Great writing and scripting skills.
• Strategize and execution of marketing strategies with a focus on ROI and alignment to business goals.
• Superior project management skills.
• Ability to operate related computer applications and other business equipment including email, copy machine, scanner, fax machine, and telephone.

Responsibilities

• Support the Multimedia Marketing team in various projects including design, video, audio, and writing.
• Assist Video Team in Set up, Recording, and editing.
• Assist Digital Content Producer in content writing.
• Social Media
• Podcast
• YouTube videos
• Interviews
• Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
• Monitor ROI and KPIs as needed.
• Consider laws and CMS regulations governing copy.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media developments
• Keep a calendar for multimedia pieces and campaigns.
• Assumes responsibility for miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor.
