About The Position

As the Digital Content Producer for Best Buy Health you will be responsible for designing, producing, and optimizing digital content that enhances our ecommerce experiences. In this role, you will combine creative design skills with technical execution to deliver engaging, responsive, and conversion driving content across our site, landing pages, and email touchpoints. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to ensure brand alignment, UX consistency, and a seamless customer journey. From developing marketing assets and email templates to creating and optimizing Shopify page templates, you will play a key role in improving usability, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and overall performance across our ecommerce experiences. This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location.

Requirements

  • 1 + years of experience working in eCommerce or digital content design.
  • 1+ years of experience using Adobe Photoshop for image editing and creative design.
  • 1+ years of experience with responsive web design and UX principles.
  • 6 + months of experience with HTML/CSS for email and web content required
  • Familiarity with Shopify content management and basic Liquid templating for dynamic content or similar, required
  • 1+ year of experience working with email marketing platforms (e.g., Dynamics, Klaviyo, or similar) required
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot design or layout issues required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Basic copywriting skills for headlines and short-form content preferred
  • Knowledge of conversion-focused design and A/B testing preferred
  • Experience with JavaScript or other front-end technologies preferred
  • Exposure to SEO best practices for on-page content preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce website marketing assets/content aligned with UX best practices, brand guidelines, design standards and responsive design standards.
  • Develop email templates and marketing assets optimized for engagement and deliverability.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maintain brand & UX design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Support landing page design and layout improvements based on performance insights.
  • Create new page templates and optimize existing templates within Shopify to enhance usability and conversion performance.
  • Configure and optimize content within Shopify for an optimal consumer experience, including navigation, product presentation, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and render correctly across devices and browsers.
