Rich Products Corporation, a family-owned food company, is seeking a Digital Content Producer for Digital Demand Creation. This role is pivotal in managing Rich's Virtual Culinary customer training and education strategy, focusing on building live and virtual programs for customers while developing and editing video content. The Digital Content Producer will elevate live, virtual, and on-demand experiences, ensuring a dynamic and on-brand experience. This position requires close coordination with internal marketing teams, sales and culinary resources, Rich's production studio, and external agency partners to deliver high-quality content that supports customer engagement and brand development. The Digital Content Producer will be responsible for leading and supporting the planning and execution of various virtual events, including webinars, webcasts, virtual sales calls, and trade shows. This includes overseeing the entire content development process, from creative concept development to execution. The role also involves mentoring the Video Editing and Production Coordinator, managing event logistics, and ensuring that all content aligns with Rich's brand identity. The successful candidate will shape event messaging and content, consult with internal teams, and support the Culinary, Sales, and Digital teams in producing a range of video and digital media types. In addition to content creation, the Digital Content Producer will contribute to the development of a robust video content library, monitor emerging digital best practices, and participate in Agile product development initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of digital event activations, virtual platforms, and Learning Management Systems (LMS), along with excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for content, media, marketing, and the Internet, and be proficient in various software tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office products.
