About The Position

The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for collaborating with key business and marketing partners to create engaging stories and campaigns for an omnichannel digital experiences. This individual will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations to marketing partners for optimal content discovery, cross-channel integration, and campaign execution as well as support the planning and execution of onsite content updates. Your work will amplify the omnichannel campaign experience through thoughtful onsite content strategies that place the end consumer first. Utilizing your skills in content strategy and developing a comprehensive content playbook, you will improve the omnichannel campaign experience for both B2B and D2C audiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in content marketing, blogs, social media, webinars, eCommerce, B2B marketing, and/or similar roles.
  • Experience with marketing project management platforms such as Asana, Miro, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms.
  • Experience in a multi-channel retail company preferred.
  • Understanding of the BSN SPORTS brand with an affinity for the in-school, club and collegiate sports industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in evaluating campaign impact and ROI in relation to business objectives.
  • Proven ability to successfully work with support functions such as Marketing, Creative, Copy, Merchandising, and Digital Content.

Responsibilities

  • Define, drive and own the digital onsite content playbook across commerce and content.
  • Lead cross-functional planning and alignment meetings.
  • Drive collaboration and alignment across multiple cross-functional partners.
  • Facilitate and support high-impact marketing briefs with copy and creative partners.
  • Manage marketing team adoption of processes you define.
  • Formulate deep partnership with internal Marketing, Merchandising, Category, and Analytics teams.
  • Support annual company initiatives within campaigns.
  • Partner with the content team to aid awareness and engagement of leaning-based content.
  • Provide constructive and consolidated stakeholder feedback on creative work.
  • Manage the launch of final creative assets.
  • Partner with the marketing lead and analytics teams to measure campaign performance metrics.
  • Maintain detailed records of campaign activities, feedback, and iterations.
