The Digital Content Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital content that supports Southwestern Consulting’s brand, marketing initiatives, and sales growth. This position oversees the company’s social media presence, email marketing campaigns, and digital content strategy while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. The Digital Content Manager works with coaches, sales team members, and marketing leadership to develop high-quality content that builds credibility, engages audiences, and drives lead generation. This position provides guidance and support to internal team members to strengthen their personal and professional social media presence in alignment with Southwestern Consulting’s brand and marketing strategy. The Digital Content Manager reports to the Senior Director of Marketing and works collaboratively with the marketing team, sales team, and company leadership to support company initiatives while demonstrating Southwestern Consulting’s core values and mission.
