The Digital Content Manager is responsible for overseeing the digital presence of TimeToSpa, Mandara Spa, Bliss Spa, and OneSpaWorld by driving compelling visual storytelling, trend-setting content, and engaging audience interaction across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube. They are a highly creative, innovative, and organized professional with a strong background in video, photography, and social media content strategy. This position includes up to 20% international travel to premier resort and cruise spa destinations.

Act as the brand's creative voice and on-camera personality for social-first content across TikTok and Instagram
Develop and execute a robust, channel-specific social media strategy, content calendar, and branded templates
Concept, storyboard, film, and edit original content with quick turnarounds and trend alignment
Travel solo to spa destinations on land and sea, capturing high-quality video and photography in real time
Conduct pre- and post-production activities including scripting, lighting setup, sound design, and editing
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, digital) to align on brand messaging, marketing goals, and digital campaign objectives
Monitor and manage all social platforms using tools like Hootsuite, ensuring accurate tagging, hashtags, and scheduling
Produce monthly performance analytics reports, offering insights and strategic recommendations
Research social trends, competitors, and cutting-edge executions to inform and drive new content concepts
Manage community interactions by developing standard responses, monitoring comments/messages, and escalating issues as needed
Assist with influencer identification, content management, and campaign tracking when applicable
Support email design and digital ads (preferred, not required)
Organize and archive media assets, including internal repurposing of still and video content
Write SEO-optimized blog posts and develop social media captions to increase reach and visibility
Collaborate on digital marketing strategy including paid media and SEO/SEM efforts
Other duties as assigned.

5+ years of experience in social media content creation, videography, or digital marketing
Expert-level proficiency in TikTok and CapCut; strong skills in Premiere, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and CaptureOne
Strong understanding of photography/videography for beauty and lifestyle (ASMR, unboxing, texture, etc.)
Proven ability to shoot with iPhone and professional cameras, use lighting tools, and operate solo in-field
Knowledge of content style differences across social platforms
Outstanding time-management, organizational, and multitasking skills
Excellent written/verbal communication and creative collaboration skills
Experience in brand storytelling and building brand identity on social
Knowledge and Skills
Experience in email design and digital ad creative
Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
High energy, fearless creative thinker with a passion for internet culture and experimentation
SEO blog writing and caption development experience
Ability to accept and act on feedback constructively
Solid understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms including CMS like WordPress/Elementor

Experience in email design and digital ad creative
Familiarity with SEO/SEM strategies and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
