This role blends technical expertise, project management, and creative collaboration to drive efficiency, structure, and scalability within our growing content ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in digital asset management, creative operations, or marketing project coordination.
• Proven experience with DAM platforms, preferably Cloudinary.
• Demonstrated technical skills in low-code platforms, workflow automation, and light scripting.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration in creative or marketing environments.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven.
• Background or interest in library sciences, content taxonomy, or metadata systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the digital asset management (DAM) system.
• Streamline workflows for efficient content delivery across platforms.
• Leverage expertise in DAM systems, automation, and metadata structures to support end-to-end creative operations.
• Serve as a trainer, collaborator, and process optimizer.
• Analyze and streamline creative workflows using low-code tools and light scripting.
• Develop and manage scalable metadata standards and taxonomy models.
• Collaborate with design teams using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Integrate DAM with marketing tools and analytics dashboards.
• Support creative timelines and asset flow using project management tools.
• Ensure compliance with content rights, licensing, and accessibility requirements.
