About The Position

The Digital Content Designer at Melone Hatley is responsible for creating and managing digital content that enhances the firm's brand identity and supports its marketing strategies. This role involves designing graphics, producing video content, and ensuring that all digital materials are visually compelling and user-friendly. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and video production, with a passion for storytelling through visual media.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in digital content creation, graphic design, or a related role.
• Proven experience in video production and editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development basics.
• Experience in digital marketing or social media content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets, including website banners, social media graphics, infographics, and email templates.
• Create and edit video content for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns, including promotional videos and tutorials.
• Develop motion graphics and animations to enhance video content and digital presentations.
• Ensure all digital content adheres to the brand's visual identity and guidelines.
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to develop cohesive content that supports marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Design user-friendly interfaces and graphics for websites and mobile applications.
• Analyze the performance of digital content through analytics tools and optimize designs for engagement.
