About The Position

SUMMARY/POSITION OVERVIEW The Digital Content Coordinator creates, designs, edits, and publishes compelling digital content across web, social media, email, and video platforms. This role blends writing, graphic design, short-form video editing, WordPress management, and AI-assisted workflows to strengthen engagement, support ministry initiatives, and advance strategic marketing goals. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, digitally fluent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, communications, or related field preferred.
  • 2–4 years of digital content experience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in WordPress.
  • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
  • Basic video editing experience (Canva, Opus, CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
  • Familiarity with AI content tools and digital productivity systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and apply insights.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Must be a Christian and align with Inspiration Ministries’ Statement of Faith.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HubSpot and other Digital Marketing tools is a plus.
