About The Position

The Duckhorn Portfolio is North America’s premier luxury wine company. We were established in 1976 by Dan and Margaret Duckhorn. Today, our portfolio features some of North America’s most revered wineries, including Decoy, Paraduxx, Goldeneye, Migration, Canvasback, Calera, Kosta Browne, Greenwing, Postmark, and Sonoma-Cutrer. The Digital Content Coordinator supports creative development and distribution of brand assets for retail presence and advertising opportunities. This role works collaboratively across the organization, including Marketing, Creative, and Sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years supporting digital content, CPG retail syndication or other digital marketing.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a high-functioning team in an environment that necessitates multitasking, problem-solving.
  • Must be a self-motivated and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for technology.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are required.
  • Creative and nimble when it comes to asset development.
  • Tech savvy, quick to learn new tools.
  • Familiarity with creative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana (Google Gemini), Flux, DALL E, Lovart, It’sRapid, or other similar tools.
  • Proficient in mid-level photo retouching and image manipulation.
  • Experience with syndication tools like Syndigo or Salsify a plus.
  • Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong computer literacy, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Wine industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leverages creative AI tools to support efficient content creation of digital shelf assets per brand and SKU within brand guidelines, updating seasonally as needed.
  • Determines content mix for brands on the digital shelf to align with campaign programming and in-store initiatives in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Manages product content upload and syndication across retailers via Syndigo, Salsify distributor networks, and other vendor platforms.
  • Optimizes product listings (titles, images, descriptions) to ensure accuracy, brand alignment and optimization for SEO/GEO/AEO.
  • Develops strategy and content population for enhanced content section on relevant retailers.
  • Collaborates with National Accounts and Trade team on new product launches to ensure products are uploaded and syndicated in a timely manner.
  • Audits retailer syndication ensuring no errors or syndication issues occur and work with respective agencies or retailer partners to resolve errors.
  • Develops workstreams and processes to ensure smooth delivery of assets and collaboration amongst key stakeholders.
  • Performs bi-yearly audits of digital shelf performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Leverages AI tools, Canva, and on-platform video tools to quickly develop content for advertising, social media, and other marketing purposes.
