Digital Content & Communications Manager

The Digital Content and Communications Manager is a masterful storyteller responsible for crafting and delivering compelling narratives that bring Fair Oaks Farms' mission and values to life. As our primary storyteller, you will transform complex food, agricultural, and family focused stories into engaging content that resonates across digital platforms, connecting deeply with our audiences through powerful, authentic communication. The Digital Content and Communications Manager is responsible for the development, implementation and management of marketing communications platforms including website, social media, social engagement, copywriting, and other written platforms on behalf of Fair Oaks Farms. There are many great stories throughout Fair Oaks Farms from our farming innovations to our employees' passion for crafting food. The communications manager will be a key part of bringing these stories to life. This starts with a strong understanding of our brand identity, vision, mission, and values. You will work closely with department leaders and key stakeholders to ensure that all internal and consumer facing communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's goals and values. You will create and deliver compelling content that engages guests and team members and strengthens the company's culture. You will thrive as a champion of our business, our culture, our expertise and celebrate the contributions and stories of all business entities within Fair Oaks Farms, whose daily efforts are in line with our strategy for growth.
