Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP/financial systems
  • Solid understanding of finance processes (general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management)
  • Hands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management
  • Strong analytical skills to translate information from meetings into documentation
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to own project workstreams with self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
  • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset
  • Aptitude for and enjoyment of working in teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed
